In true Aussie style, Andrew and I can drive for miles and still consider it a "short trip". The UK is just 600 miles long and 300 miles across; that's a tiny island compared to the massive spectacular continent of Australia.
During our stay in London in 2008, we would take off for weekends and explore the English countryside. Driving down the Cornish coast was a delightful road trip through quaint seaside villages and craggy cliffs overlooking the mighty Atlantic ocean.
